Do you offer parts for my analyzer?
We offer parts and supplies for the following analyzers:

  • Beckman Coulter models AU, E2, E4A, CX3, CX4, CX5, CX7, LX series and DX series
  • Ciba Corning models 500 and Express 550
  • Hitachi/Roche models 704, 705, 717, 902, 911, 912, 917 and Modular series
  • Olympus models AU400, AU480, AU600, AU640, AU800, AU2700 and AU5400
  • Siemens (Bayer) Advia models 1200, 1650, 1800 and 2400
  • Thermo Scientific Konelab 20, 30 and 60

Are you a parts reseller?
No. Although we offer an extensive line of rebuilt service parts, we primarily sell chemistry analyzer parts, electrodes and consumables that we design and manufacture. Most items are dated and can be traced by lot numbers.

Are you a manufacturer?
Yes. We develop and manufacture most of the parts we sell.

Are your replacement parts different than the parts used by the OEM?
Our parts are designed to be direct replacements with few noticeable differences. We guarantee them to perform up to OEM standards and offer equivalent warranties.

Do you offer service for my analyzer?
We help you avoid those expensive service calls by offering free technical assistance to any operator, service engineer, or biomedical technician. In most cases we can resolve problems via telephone, email or fax.

Do you ship to my country?
We have experience shipping to all parts of the world. We can ship via UPS, Federal Express, Bax Global, DHL, ocean freight, air freight, postal service, etc.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods of payment such as cash, wire transfers and letters of credit. Some restrictions may apply.

What is your warranty?
Our warranty varies with each product line, but typically it follows the OEM’s warranty for each product. Our warranties are comprehensive and in most cases are published on our website.

How do I place an order?

Can I place an international order through your webstore at www.buypvi.com?
Yes, though we recommend emailing or calling in international orders to ensure the best handling. The webstore includes most maintenance parts in our inventory and will provide complete, automated shipping quotes for orders under 5 lbs. For orders larger than 5 lbs., we will manually provide a shipping quote after the order is placed.

Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We have tiered discounting available to any customer on any products we manufacture. Typically discounts are offered at quantities of 10, 25, 50 and 100. Special pricing can be requested on quantities over 150.

Where can I find technical information on your electrodes?
You can find electrode data sheets in our resource center.

How do you ensure the quality of each product?
Each one of our products is individually tested and quality-control checked at multiple stages of production. We guarantee the quality and performance of each product.
