Shipping Policy
Order processing times may be different than shipping times selected at checkout. Processing time is based on type of product and Inventory Status. You will receive an order notification email when your order has shipped.
Orders placed before 5PM (EST) Monday-Friday, qualify for Same-Day Shipping on in stock items.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We generally use FEDEX for all shipments except Ground. Ground shipment will be via UPS and USPS if shipping to a PO box.
International Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We generally use FEDEX or DHL for all International package shipments and various Freight companies for Air and Ocean Cargo to ensure the best rates.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Peripheral Visions is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
